A bit about the role?

This opportunity would suit a bookings administrator who is a team player and can help with ensuring the bookings department is running smoothly by having the following responsibilities:

  • Answering and forward phone calls and email enquiries with exceptional manner and in a timely manner.
  • Creating bookings for clients and sending correct confirmations.
  • Communicating with team members in bookings and other departments to ensure the bookings process runs efficiently.
  • Understanding the parameters of the medical and what to book to help clients.
  • Problem solving issues when they arise, seeking for help if you are unable to assist.
  • Entering data correctly into Calendars and files.
  • Liaising with clients in a professional and friendly

Essential candidate Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Fast learner
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Clear professionalism communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in an administration role or within the health sector is desirable
