We now have an exciting opportunity as a full time Human Resources Coordinator. 

A bit about the role?

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will report to the Human Resources Manager, and be a trusted advisor to employees who provides HR guidance and support. In this role, you must be collaborative, engaging and feel at-home in a fast-paced environment, with a great culture, and amazing people.

Responsibilities: 

  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Writing contracts, letters, individual flexibility agreements, statement of service letters and general administration
  • Update TMR spreadsheet and update payroll
  • Make sure employee files are maintained and updated
  • Work with payroll on new hires and leave requests in the system
  • Send exit interview emails and read these every month
  • Schedule employee changes in payroll calendar
  • Day-to-day admin
  • Answer basic HR questions from managers
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Organise training with respective managers
  • Create new employee files

Required experience and qualifications:

A degree in Human Resources/Business and at least 1 years’ experience in a HR role is a minimum requirement for this position. Exceptional communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail and an ability to work effectively across dynamic and fast paced environments is essential.
