A bit about the role?

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in enhancing new and existing systems
  • Assisting in deploying new systems
  • Assisting in automating redundant admin functions
  • Offer users support, via phone, email and in person
  • Assisting with the setup of new clinics
  • Purchasing hardware

Skills:

  • Logical, technical thought process
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong focus on delivery of high-quality work
  • Working knowledge of Software User Testing
  • Willing and able to provide on-site support, including travel if required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage with users at all levels of technical ability (both onsite and over the phone)
  • The ability to explain basic technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users
  • Ability to readily adapt to and manage change

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Experience providing support for Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Office 365 services and licensing.
  • An understanding of foundational networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & routing).
  • Experience troubleshooting peripheral hardware such as scanners, printers, and computer accessories.
  • A basic understanding of enterprise CRM systems and software packages.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of Active Directory users and groups
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Previous system support or development experience, and Information Technology experience highly regarded
  • Previous work experience within the primary care or occupational health industry highly regarded
