Our Bookings Team will return on the 3^rd of January 2023, while our clinics and head office will return on the 4^th of January 2023.

Due to the turnaround for laboratory drug and alcohol test results, we will not be taking bookings for laboratory drug and alcohol tests for the dates inclusive of the 22^nd of December 2022 until clinics reopen on the 4^th of December 2023. We can make exceptions to this with the client’s understanding that results are likely to be sent after Knight Health reopens on 4^th of January 2023.

Due to the turnaround for pathology blood test results, we will not be taking bookings for pathology blood test for the dates inclusive of the 19^th of December 2022 until clinics reopen on the 4^th of December 2023. We can make exceptions to this with the client’s understanding that results are likely to be reviewed by our doctors and sent after Knight Health reopens on 4^th of January 2023.

Due to the turnaround for results and our Affiliate clinic holiday closures, we will not be taking bookings for our Affiliate clinics for the dates inclusive of the 19^th of December 2022 until clinics reopen on the 4^th of December 2023. We can make exceptions to this with the client’s understanding that results are likely to be sent after Knight Health reopens on 4^th of January 2023 and there may be additional delays due to Affiliate clinic holiday hours.
