Referral Pathways
We work with a variety of different funding schemes to see clients, including:
- Medicare Services
- Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
- Workers Compensation
- Private (both self-funded and private health insurance)

Workers Compensation
Rehabilitation for workplace injury claims or motor vehicle accidents.
We focus on rebuilding strength, mobility and work capacity, while progressively preparing the worker for their job demands.

Medicare and DVA
If eligible, your GP can refer you to Knight Health for exercise physiology services through Medicare and DVA
- Medicare 1-on-1: CDMP referral gives eligible patients up to 5 subsidised EP visits per year
- Medicare T2D Group: Subsidises an initial assessment and 8 group classes for individuals with type 2 diabetes
- DVA: Gold and White Card holders welcome via standard DVA referral (individual or group), no out of pocket cost
Private (Self-funded and Private Health)
No referral required, appointments can be booked directly with Knight Health to assist with management of acute and chronic conditions, injury and pain
